助成金24 利用規約

JOSEIKIN 24 — Terms of Service

本規約は、助成金24（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、助成金・給付金などの公的支援制度に関する情報を、利用者が入力したプロフィールに基づいて検索・表示する情報提供サービスです。本アプリは、申請の代行や、受給可否の判断を行うものではありません。

2. 免責事項

• 本アプリが掲載する制度情報は、可能な限り正確な内容の提供に努めていますが、その正確性・最新性・完全性を保証するものではありません。
• 制度の対象要件、支給額、申請期限、申請方法などは変更される場合があります。実際に申請・利用される際は、必ず各制度の公式情報および所管の窓口で最新の内容をご確認ください。
• 本アプリの情報を利用したことにより生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、法令に違反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為、その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為を行ってはなりません。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび掲載コンテンツに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

5. サービスの変更・中断・終了

運営者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことがあります。

6. 準拠法

本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。

7. 本規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内に表示した時点から効力を生じます。

JOSEIKIN 24

These Terms set out the conditions for using Joseikin24 ("the App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Content

The App is an information service that searches for and displays information about public support programs such as subsidies and benefits, based on the profile you enter. The App does not act on your behalf in applications, nor does it determine eligibility for benefits.

2. Disclaimer

• While we strive to provide program information that is as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.
• Eligibility requirements, amounts, application deadlines, and methods may change. When actually applying or using a program, always confirm the latest details with each program's official information and the responsible authority.
• The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the information in the App.

3. Prohibited Acts

You must not engage in any act that violates laws, interferes with the operation of the App, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the operator.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights related to the App and its content belong to the operator or the rightful rights holders.

5. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The operator may change the content of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

7. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect when displayed within the App.
